Film photography has experienced a resurgence, and learning to shoot film can be a great way to improve your digital work. And while analogue photography is back, it’s never been more important to have a strong digital presence. In this four-hour workshop, you’ll learn about shooting with film cameras, different film stocks and how analogue photography can help you to focus and fine-tune your photo-taking experience. Then, you’ll get a run-down on setting up your digital platforms, including through social media and websites, and an introduction into digital marketing and making content suitable for your platforms and audiences.
No photo experience or social media experience is needed for this workshop, but having some knowledge of Facebook/Instagram/Twitter is always handy. Bring your film camera or use one on the day. Film is provided (one roll per attendee).
60 AUD per person.
Saturday, 8 June. Noon-4pm.
416-420 Maroondah Hwy, Healesville VIC 3777.
